Do you offer discounts?


No, there are no discounts offered with EF Specialists. If you know a student who would benefit from our services, but cannot afford them, please encourage them to apply using our scholarships page. If you would like to make a donation to provide for a student who would benefit from our services, please visit our scholarships page.




How does billing work at EF Specialists?


We email an invoice every two weeks around the 1st and 15th of every month. Invoices include session comments from the specialist or para educator. If you have a payment preference on file with us, we will bill automatically and email the paid invoice. All billing information can be viewed through your portal by visiting this page.




Can I pay for your services with a credit card?


Yes! We do not charge an extra fee for using a credit card. You can put either a credit card or ACH on file by visting your portal. Learn more by watching this video.




Does EF Specialists have a guarantee?


At EF Specialists, we promise to deliver exceptional educational services. If you are not fully satisfied with our services at any point, you will not be charged (see below for details). The EF Specialists Guarantee:

1. Meet with one of our specialists to try the services we offer.

2. If you are not fully satisfied, call or email us within 30 days of your first session and let us know of your concerns.

3. We will offer to match you with a different specialist.

4. If you decide that EF Specialists is not a good fit for you and you do not want to move forward with another tutor, EF Specialists will refund your registration fee and credit up to three tutoring sessions. Contact EF Specialists with any further questions. (max combined refund of $500).
