Pavati Zeno, BA
Director of Educational Partnerships
Pavati was born in Berkeley and raised in the small beach town of Bolinas. Pavati grew up playing competitive soccer throughout school into college and traveled to Europe for 6 weeks with Team USA at age 16. Today, she loves to do yoga, run, cook, hike with her dog.
As a psychology student at UC Santa Cruz, Pavati did her research in Language Acquisition amongst pre-school children and worked in a group home throughout her junior year. After a stint in Advertising and Event Planning, Pavati found meaning in her work at the Laurel School in San Francisco that serves children with Learning Differences. She ran the front office, was the director of admissions and acted as the onsite substitute teacher for grades K-8. Pavati was exposed to many types of learning differences and teaching styles because of the flexibility of smaller classes. This allowed for an individualized curriculum that made attaining academic and personal goals feasible for students. Pavati spent 3 years inspired by the success stories with students and their families celebrating developmental milestones they never imagined possible.
Pavati took some time off to raise her two daughters with her husband in Marin County. She joined Suzanne Lettrick's team at Aligned Learning in 2014. Over the past 7 years she has become passionate about educating and sharing with the community diverse and unique approaches to understanding the individual learner. Pavati is devoted to sharing services that assist people of all ages with executive function skills. These skills are the building blocks for managing anxiety, understanding how your individual brain works best, the scaffolding needed to attain personal, professional and academic goals.
