Summer 2021 Support Options

Our team of Executive Functioning Specialists and para educators are excited to tailor their support to your learner through an affirming and supportive relationship this summer.

We are happy to announce individualized coaching and support will be available for your learner this summer! This coaching is offered with the goal of helping your student mitigate any learning loss that may have occurred in the past school year, or to get ahead with content that may pose as challenging in the upcoming semester.

Our team of Executive Functioning Specialists and para educators are excited to tailor their support to your learner through an affirming and supportive relationship.

Our hope is to ensure each of our clients enters the 2021-2022 school year confident, excited, and ready to learn!

What are the options?

  • 1-to-1 Individualized Remediation or Advancement Support

Using evidenced-based practices, we partner with IXL to provide instruction in areas spanning from Pre-K through Calculus. Your assigned specialist will diagnose where your learner is at according to grade level standards and then help them set goals for the summer. Using real time diagnostics, we will evaluate the progress being made and provide the appropriate scaffolds to help your learner make meaningful and measurable gains.

We charge by the session so there is no upfront commitment and our goal is only to make sure your learner is getting the appropriate instruction to help them feel confident and prepared for the 2021-2022 school year.

  • Group Book Club

Led by one of our credentialed reading specialists, we are hosting small group book clubs this summer to strengthen reading comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary, as well as social communication skills.

Reading is a skill and the goal of these book clubs are to help your learner continue reading during the summer and build their reading comprehension for the following school year. All books selected will be the beginning of a series, with the aim of inspiring your learner to continue reading the next book on their own, or participating in a book club during the school year or during upcoming breaks.

"He’s doing fantastic in math at school. Did he tell you he was invited to mathletes and is testing for placement now? His teacher also recommended him for advance math in 7th grade, which he would like to do."
