If you’re an Independent Facilitator looking to support a student or young adult who struggles with follow-through, organization, or time management, you’re in the right place.

We offer virtual executive function coaching for neurodivergent clients ages 13 to 22 — fully aligned with Self-Determination Program (SDP) values and the client’s Individual Program Plan (IPP) or Person-Centered Plan (PCP).

 Who We Work With

We serve teens and transition-aged youth (ages 13–22) with a wide range of disabilities, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • ADHD and Executive Dysfunction

  • Intellectual Disability

  • Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and other learning disabilities

  • Anxiety, Depression, PTSD

  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

  • Dual diagnoses and co-occurring challenges
     

We provide affirming, strengths-based support that honors communication preferences, processing differences, and emotional needs.

Regional Center Vendor Information

We are a fully approved vendor with North Bay Regional Center and can be guest vendorized with other Regional Centers upon request.

✅ We work collaboratively with families, FMS providers, and IFs

1:1 Virtual Executive Function Coaching

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions focused on:

  • Time management and planning

  • Task initiation and follow-through

  • Motivation and emotional regulation

  • Job prep, school success, or goal navigation

  • Self-advocacy and independence

Parent and Team Collaboration (as desired)

We coordinate with families, support teams, and IFs when helpful.

Quarterly Progress Summaries

Simple, outcome-aligned updates you can share with families, FMS, and Regional Center staff.

Fast, Friendly Onboarding

Typical onboarding timeline: 12 days

From the time services are approved, we match clients with a coach and schedule the first session within two weeks.
