About Sean G. McCormick | Executive Function Coach
Sean G. McCormick (he/him/his) is an executive function coach (also known as an executive function tutor) on a mission to ensure all students have access to a pathway to build executive functioning skills.
He is the founder of Executive Function Specialists, an online business that matches a skilled executive function coach with a student who has executive functioning challenges.
The mission of EFS is to guide middle, high school, and college students in overcoming common executive functioning challenges like procrastination, disorganization and anxiety.
In this role he has devised a unique methodology to ensure students develop executive functioning skills like time management, prioritization and communication skills so they feel motivated, prepared, and empowered.
Since inception, EFS has provided over 13,000 executive functioning tutoring sessions and counting!
Sean is also the founder of the Executive Function Coaching Academy which has trained more than 40 executive functioning tutors and on the essential skills to provide online executive function coaching.
He has also spoken about executive function at prominent venues including the Association of Educational Therapists' National Conference (2021), The Executive Function Online Summit (TEFOS 2022) and at the Teachers Matter Summit (2021 & 2022).
And last but not least, Sean has hosted over 50 episodes of the Earn More Tutoring Podcast with a mission to eradicate educator poverty. The show recently surpassed 8,000 downloads.
Sean is regularly featured across media channels for his expertise on executive function, ADHD and special education.
In his free time, he enjoys family time with his wife and two daughters, playing basketball and catching the occasional matinee.

Main Reasons People Contact Me
ADVICE: "Can I pick your brain?" With over 100 families my business serves, 14 employees and two children of my own, I do not have the energy or time to meet with each person who would like my thoughts on their particular circumstances. For this reason, I create content to share my community to support their goals and needs. If there is something you would like to share with me knowing that, please fill out this form.
SPEAKING: "Will you speak to our school / group / association?" Here is my speaking application form.
TRAINING: "Will you train our staff?" Here is my training and workshops application form.
CONSULTING: "Can I hire you for a one-off consult?" I offer a 90 minute consult for those who are interested. Here is the link to book that.
BECOMING AN EXECUTIVE FUNCTION SPECIALIST: "I want to become an executive function coach! How do I do that?" Visit this page.
INTERVIEWS: "I'd like to interview you for my podcast / Youtube channel, etc. How can I do that?" I love to spread awareness about executive function skills through podcasts and Youtube interviews. I can usually make time for this. Click here to get in touch.
COLLABORATION: "I have an idea that I think you will want to learn more about." As I shared above, my plate is very full with my family, business and community endeavors, and thus, I don't usually have time for collaborations unless it aligns with the work I am doing. If you think that is the case, please fill out my collaboration form.
